Update: August 2017: I first made these photographs available under the title ‘Unknown’ trying to find out who they were.  Some of them are definitely the same pictures as we have subsequently found on a collection of glass slides and have possibly been identified as the Mallows family.  You can see the other photographs here.  I am not sure about the boy with the birds though and whether this is part of the same collection.  I do hope we can find him and his birds a home in due course!

Here is the boy with his birds that you can see above. We are not sure whether he is connected with the Mallows/Hamlet House collections or not.
