Looks very much like Don Chilton in light jacket (to right of top picture and centre of bottom picture). Suspect later than ’77 if that’s Don’s son, Jody, standing next to him in bottom picture – more likely early-mid ’80s.
Maybe Ken Wyatt himself in dark brown coat and hat to right of Don in top picture.
Wearing red kagoule in bottom picture could be Roy Mason’s dad, John?
Balloon catcher in bottom picture could be Paul Drury. -
Yes I think you might well be right about these as well as about the date. Much more likely to be the 80’s.

And only just realised that’s me on the right of the bottom picture – navy top, green shorts! Moved to village in Aug ’84, so my guess would ’85 or ’86.
