Over the past few years we have explored the history behind the POW camp(s) at Chrishall Grange. This has been done in association with The Ickleton Society and you can see a full report of the findings on their website here.

If you would like more information about the POW period at Chrishall Grange I can give you some as my grandmother was in charge of overseeing the Italian POWs there (Chrishall Grange belonged to her godmother). She met her eventual husband (who was English) there while he was studying land management.
