The Old Post Office “Heydon” – probably c 1960. The far right hand door is now just a small window and the right hand one of the pair has been bricked up – it is virtually impossible to see it was ever there. Otherwise the building, although no longer a shop, looks very much like this today.

I remember visiting Heydon shop in what was probably the early 1970s when it was run by Mr Agenbarr (no idea how to spell his name!).
